Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. We offer a range of shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Please note:

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain large orders.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments. If your order is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at customerservice@summercolony.co and we will assist as best as possible.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us at customerservice@summercolony.co as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to update your order, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
